The Canyons Course is a par-71 course featuring 18 holes of spectacular golf designed to complement the already challenging and scenic Palmer Course. This is a rugged, meticulously designed course, complimenting the character and charm of its natural setting. The large fairways and Bermuda greens make the course player friendly creating a refreshing change of pace.

Signature Hole

The 17th hole on the Canyons Course is a downhill par 3. The tee box offers a great view of Mesquite and the surrounding area. The green sits down some 60 to 70 feet below the tee boxes. The back tee measures 180 yards and the forward tee measures 139 yards. The front bunker gobbles up any shot just short of perfect. Because the green is so far below the tee box, you will have to hit one to two clubs less than usual. The green is relatively flat so there is not a lot of break once on the green.

Proper golf attire is required: collared shirts, no denim, soft spikes only. Visit our beautiful Clubhouse or take a couple of swings at our practice facility any day of the week.

Signature Hole

Par 3, 15th Hole, 215-155 yards

Playing from the Black Tees the green sits perpendicular to the tee box. This leaves a narrow landing area at 215 yards to the middle of the green. The right side of the green is sloped to the left, if you hit that bank too high you will watch as your ball rolls then bounces its way to the bottom of the cliffs. The best shot is to aim at the right edge of the green with a slight draw to find center of the green.

Playing from the forward tees you have a straight look at the green. With the lingering cliffs on the left side anything to the right is going to be a safe play. You still need to watch for the bank on the right side so that it doesn’t kick your ball too far left. With a straight look at the green you have an opening to the right of the front bunker to land short and run the ball up

The Palmer Course is Arnold Palmer’s magnificent masterpiece in the Mesquite, Nevada desert. This par-71 course offers a choice of five different tees and some of the most scenic desert panoramas in Southern Nevada. Its rugged canyon fairways and meticulous contour greens set this course apart as one of the best 18 holes you can play. The Palmer Course has been rated among the “Top 10 You Can Play” by Golf Digest. Proper golf attire is required: collared shirts, no denim, soft spikes only.

Signature Hole

There are too many signature holes at the Palmer course with so many unique hole layouts. One of the favorites is the picturesque par 3, #7.  The par 3 measures 162 yards from the back tees and 117 yards from the forward tees. The hole plays over a large ravine some 60 to 70 feet below the green. When playing the hole make sure your miss is right as there is a bailout area right of the green. The hole plays to the yardage on the card so make sure you use the correct club. The green slopes toward the ravine and any putt right of the hole will be much quicker than a putt left of the hole.

This 6,550 yard par 71 desert layout boasts some of the most beautiful landscapes in Mesquite, Nevada. Spectacular elevation changes, numerous water features and high mesa views along with a course design that is playable for all classes of golfers makes Falcon Ridge Golf Course a must on anyone's golf vacation.

Scoring opportunities come fast on the opening nine holes before the course stretches out and more strategic golf shots are required on the inward nine. The golf course sits high on the cliffs of Mesquite and flows through the hills and canyons providing one of the most picturesque golf venues in all of Mesquite Golf. With spectacular elevation changes, numerous water features and picturesque high mesa views the golf course is challenging while being enjoyable for everyone.

Signature Hole

Hole No.12, Par 5, 525 yds.

The tee shot hit from a 120 foot elevation requires you to hit a landing area between two large lakes and a well-placed bunker. Once you manage your tee shot, you have a choice; either go for the green in two, which requires a total carry of 200-plus yards over water, or lay up to a generous landing area followed by a short pitch shot to a narrow green guarded by a large bunker.

Smart golfers will use their 190-yard club from the teeing area and then their 175-club to the layup area; there is a lot more room away from the lake than can be seen. This will leave about 100-yards to the center of a bowled green. More birdies have been made this way then trying to hit a 200-yard carry over water to a shallow green!

Coyote Springs Golf Club plays to a par 72 and ranges from 5,349 yards from the forward tees to 7,471 yards from the championship tees. Eleven lakes come into play on the golf course many consider to be one of Nicklaus' finest desert creations.

This Jack Nicklaus Signature design is an excellent challenge of golf. Set on the rolling Nevada desert, the course is a scenic wonder. The course is the ultimate golf challenge from the tips at 7,471-yards but with four sets of tee boxes the course can also play 5,349 yards from the forward tees. Eleven lakes come into play on the course that many consider to be one of Nicklaus' finest desert creations.

Signature Hole

Hole #13, Par 4, 424 from the tips, 325 from the forward tees

As is the case with almost all the greens at Coyote Springs, you do not want to miss your approach shot into the wrong quadrant of the green or short-side yourself. It really looks like it has a pretty significant slope from back to front. Don't be fooled. If you are putting towards the Sheep Range, putts are slower than they appear. You can leave a downhill putt here short. There is no water or out of bounds on #13 and there is a ton of grass AND par here is a very good score.
